Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We’re a locally-owned boutique company whose mission is to provide guests with an amazing home away from home as they experience the Lowcountry and the Great Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

From our humble beginnings in 2016, Coastal Vacation Properties (CVP) has grown 1077% over the past three years and was recently awarded as one of the Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in the US in 2023. What once was a single rented-out bedroom in our CEO's home transformed into an expansive portfolio of short-term rental properties. We now expertly manage an $80M property portfolio for our esteemed clients, driving $5M in guest reservations annually and hosting 12,000 guests each year across eight cities between South Carolina and Tennessee. This success can be directly attributed to our team's combined business expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and first-hand investment experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ready to refresh your career path?

We’re looking for a professional and thorough Housekeeper to be responsible for the upkeep of our bed and breakfast properties.

What does that entail?

A B&B Housekeeper is so much more than someone who picks up towels and makes the beds. The right person in this role will ensure each property meets CVP's cleanliness and quality standards so that everyone who crosses our thresholds feels welcome and at home.

To be an effective Housekeeper, it is crucial for you to take pride in your daily tasks, with a sense of ownership over the role you play. You’ll need to be meticulous, where no dust bunny is overlooked, bathrooms are left sparkling, and the common areas are inviting. But it doesn’t stop there. You will also need to bring your shining personality and winning smile to work daily with a positive attitude for your colleagues and our guests.

If you love transforming rooms into beautiful environments, you enjoy a job where you see the immediate results of your hard work, and a team that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you today.
