Elevated Bar Management is a rapidly growing company reshaping the Downtown Orlando bar and restaurant scene. POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a Manager to join our Halloween-themed bar - Cocktails and Screams. In this role, you’ll oversee the overall customer experience, greeting guests and ensuring all drinks and dishes are served perfectly. Additionally, you will

be responsible for managing and motivating the staff to assist in creating our immersive experience.

A typical day as Manager at Cocktails and Screams is an exciting and rewarding experience, keeping the team working as a unit, performing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, as well as handling bar inventory and bi-weekly ordering.

To be the right person for this role, you must be able to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally, as well as maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling staff shifts
  • Monitoring team members
  • Tracking inventory
  • Use of leadership skills to keep up team morale and bring the team together

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of team management and leadership required
  • 1 year of hospitality experience required
  • Bar/Restaurant experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $16 - $23 based on experience and expertise

Bonus Details:

  • This position includes tip share.

Schedule: Regular hours Monday thru Friday with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
