Let's connect.

Located in the mountains of north Idaho, we proudly represent the gold standard of luxury vacation rentals and property management in and around the breathtaking landscapes of Lake Pend Oreille, Sandpoint, and Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Our guests choose us for everything from family vacations to company getaways and continue to return because of the memorable experiences we help them create.

But our success is more than just because of our beautiful properties or the range of services we offer. It lies in the strength of our team. At Daugherty Management, we've built a work culture that values every member. Here, each person plays an important role, whether looking after our properties, assisting guests, or supporting each other. In turn, we provide competitive pay, on-the-job training, and some pretty nice company perks.

So, if you're looking for an opportunity that offers growth, rewards, and respect—you've come to the right place.

We’re building a solid team that takes pride in maintaining the finest vacation homes in the Sandpoint area. That’s why we're searching for a stand-out Assistant Property Manager who’s hands-on, dependable, and eager to grow.

As our Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our properties in tip-top shape, ensuring guests have an exceptional stay and building strong professional relationships with our owners.

What will a typical day be like?

An inspection may be the first step of your day, in which you check the readiness of a new property to make sure it is safe and ready for guests. Mid-day, you could be teaming up with our maintenance department or third-party vendors to discuss ways to tackle any challenges that arise.

And by the end of the day, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing your hard work has made a real difference in ensuring our guests have a great vacation and we’ve upheld our high standards in property management. The role can be hectic at times, but we can promise that you'll be backed by a supportive team that's both efficient and fun.

If you have the skills and experience to fill this role, we’d love to hear from you. However, if you don't have the experience, but you do have the hustle and the right attitude to meet the requirements of this job, we're willing to train the right person.

Reach out today - we’re looking forward to meeting you.
