As the Assistant General Manager of our hotel property, your days will be filled with a variety of tasks and decision-making. You'll play an essential part in overseeing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage departments, ensuring our standards of excellence are consistently met. Aside from assisting in managing the property, you'll also be actively involved in guest relations, promptly addressing any feedback or reviews on the OTAs or social media and ensuring that special requests are met seamlessly. As a collaborative individual, you'll work closely with other departments to strengthen team morale and enhance guest services. From managing operating expenses to ensuring safety measures, your leadership and problem-solving skills will be critical for success.

  • Oversee and guide activities in the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments, ensuring adherence to hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty, addressing issues ranging from guest feedback on social media to any on-site issues that may arise.
  • Keep staff informed of daily activities, VIP arrivals, and special requests, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to accommodations.
  • Manage scheduling, operating expenses, and purchasing for all operational departments efficiently.
  • Foster inter-departmental communication, emphasizing the improvement of guest services and routine inspections of rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial records, including account receivables, payables, and adherence to banking protocols.
  • Prioritize comprehensive training for all operational staff, reinforcing company policies and fostering a strong team culture.
  • Report to the General Manager on department performance and manage team improvements.


  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards hotel objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS software and Google Drive.
  • Adaptability in diverse situations and strong decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.


Annual Salary: $48,000 - $54,000 based on experience and achievement
