POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Area Director of Operations to oversee our multi-unit operations in the Miami area. This position requires a motivated individual who can coordinate and manage day-to-day operations with an emphasis on providing exceptional guest service. As a successful candidate, you must be
confident in hiring, training, mentoring, and tracking your team's progress while monitoring costs and ensuring spending stays within our budgetary guidelines. You will also establish collaborative relationships with building owners and property managers while conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for multi-unit management (100+ units) within the MIAMI area, focusing on delivering a high level of guest service.
- Hire, train, mentor, and track the progress of the Operations team.
- Communicate and work with building owners and property managers to ensure they are satisfied with the operations and promptly address any concerns.
- Monitor costs to ensure spending is within budget guidelines and target KPIs.
- Inspect properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained and evaluate maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations in areas of efficiency.
- Ensure their teams are performing at the highest standards with a focus on guest scores and feedback.
- Manage all city housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory control operations, ensuring a consistent result.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the field of Hospitality. Previous Hotel or STR leadership preferred.
- Familiar with Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Daily Maintenance operations.
- Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of how travel planning websites, such as Booking.com, AirBnB, and Trip Advisor, operate.
- Able to deal with demanding guests and address and resolve associate issues or conflicts.
- Unintimidated by using mobile apps while in the field for team collaboration and communication (experience with Slack and Google Suite).
- A personal vehicle, valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and proof of insurance is required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience and achievement
