Cabins for YOU was voted one of the Top 50 vacation rental property managers in the world in 2020 and we are currently searching for an Account Manager to join our growing team!
The Account Manager will be assigned a group of vacation rental property owners and will be expected to be the “point person” for them and their property(s). You will be expected to have a deep and detailed knowledge of the owner and the property and be the liaison between them and Cabins For You.
- Respond and follow up to the client and inter-office emails.
- Monitor online reviews and company-generated surveys.
- Review owner financial statements and invoices.
- Monitor investment revenue performances using monthly, quarterly and yearly data.
- Conduct property and owner reviews in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN.
- 3 + years experience in account management, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental property industry.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel, and Google Suite products.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.
- Reliable transportation, insurance, and a good driving record.
