Our company offers various real estate services in the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Cape Coral areas and looking to grow our current locations as well as expand to new ones.



M&M Property Management is looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to lead the company in the vacation and annual rental management areas. This position is not only to orchestrate, oversee, and execute current operations but to look for improvements in the current day-to-day activities and processes. A typical day would generally include but not be limited to answering emails regarding operations, new business, and the "routine". Ensuring that staff is on track and completing their duties. Corresponding with clients (property owners) as needed. System checks to ensure all is operating as intended and solving issues as needed. Review reservation analytics to ensure we are on track for the day/week/month/year and optimize as needed. Tending to any issues and making decisions on anything from guest issues to repairs. Property inspections to ensure the processes and staff in place are being performed to company owners' expectations. The position would report to the company owner Joe Meszaros.


  • Overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Quality control on jobs performed. i.e. cleaning, maintenance
  • Client (property owners) communication and retention
  • New business coordination
  • Overseeing systems operations and functionality


Previous vacation rental management experience is highly recommended


Annual Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
